Calendly is a cloud-based scheduling tool that is currently being used by the Superior Court of Justice.
This tool will allow parties to determine open court dates and request an appearance before the court directly without needing to contact the scheduling office.
Please refer to the Calendly Tip Sheet for Counsel and Self-Represented Parties for more information on how to use this tool.
For the list of regions that are currently expected to use Calendly and the associated links for scheduling, please refer to the Judicial Regions and Court Locations Using Calendly section of the above tip sheet. You do not need to have a Calendly account to use this system.
It is highly recommended that you take a look at the practice direction for the region you will be appearing in and follow those guidelines for using Calendly. For the Peel Region, please refer to the Notice to the Profession and Parties – Central West Region.
