OPSGUEST Courthouse WiFi

OPSGuest WiFi services are available at any courthouse in Ontario with OPS WiFi installed, which includes 7755 Hurontario Street and 7765 Hurontario Street. Counsel, advocates, self-represented individuals and other justice participants who are coming to the courthouse for a matter and require the use of WiFi can register for a six-month OPSGuest WiFi account. Please make sure to register for an account PRIOR to coming to the courthouse as it can take up to 72 business hours for your account to be created.

In some cases, the OPSGuest WiFi service can also be used via a sponsored 8-hour account. However, these should only be used on the occasion that the 6-month account credentials are not available prior to your court date. It is highly recommended that counsel register for the six-month account.

To obtain an account, you will need to submit an online form to request a six-month account. Account credentials (username and password) will be sent via email within approximately 72 business hours. OPSGuest Accounts will expire six months after activation, and upon expiry, applicants are required to re-apply for a new account by submitting a new form.

Each base courthouse also offers a Public WiFi service (OG Public Wi-Fi). You do not require an account to access the public WiFi, but it is only provided in areas where the public congregates (e.g., jury assembly rooms, cafeterias, lobbies/atriums, public seating areas, etc).
