Biographical Summary

Musa earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and was called to the Bar in Nigeria in 2004. He completed a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Trade and Investment Law at the Universiteit van Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in 2007, and obtained an MBA from Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University, Nigeria, in 2020.

He was called to the Ontario Bar in March 2025 and is the founder of MB Law in Mississauga, where he leads a growing practice focused on Immigration, Citizenship and Refugee Law.

Beyond his legal practice, Musa has demonstrated significant leadership in community service and governance: He currently serves as Chairman of Volunteer Mississauga Brampton & Caledon's (VMBC) Governance, Nominations, and Human Resources Committee.

He is a Director and Secretary of the North Peel and Dufferin Community Clinic, the Black Community Advisory Council of the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board and also serves as Co-Chairperson of the Parents’ Teachers Council at St. Edmund Campion Catholic Secondary School in Brampton.

Internationally recognized for excellence, Musa was named to the GC Powerlist (Africa) by Legal 500 in 2015.
