PLA Memberships are for a calendar year and will expire at the end of the year on December 31.
Lawyers who join must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

| Newly Called | I was called to the Bar in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 and I practice in the Region of Peel. | $141.13 |
| Government & CAS | I am a lawyer with a government agency or the CAS, practicing in the Region of Peel. Note: If you also qualify as a Newly Called Member, choose that category and save. | $199.13 |
| Student | I am an articling student or LPP/NCA candidate for a lawyer practicing in the Region of Peel. | $107.30 |
| Retired | (Effective: PLA AGM | By-Law Number 2, February 22, 2018) I am retired, in good standing as a lawyer regulated by the Law Society of Ontario, fifty-five years of age or older and not practicing as a paralegal. | $115.31 |
