Memberships are for a calendar year and will expire at the end of the year on December 31.

Please note that we do not pro-rate our membership prices.

Lawyers who join must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

HST will be applied to the prices indicated below.

GOVERNMENT and C.A.S. LAWYERS - $176.22 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments I am a lawyer with a government agency or the CAS, practicing in the Region of Peel.
Note: If you also qualify as a Newly Called Member, choose that category and save.

NEWLY CALLED - $124.89 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments I was called to the Bar in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 and I practice in the Region of Peel.

OUT-OF-COUNTY MEMBER - $120.62 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments I currently pay fees as a member of another "County Law Association", including the related levy payable to the Federation of Ontario Law Associations (FOLA levy).

REGULAR MEMBERSHIP - $224.89 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments I am a lawyer practicing in the Region of Peel.

RETIRED MEMBER - $102.04 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments (Effective: PLA AGM | By-Law Number 2, February 22, 2018)
I am retired, in good standing as a lawyer regulated by the Law Society of Ontario, fifty-five years of age or older and not practicing as a paralegal.

STUDENT - $94.96 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments I am an Articling Student / LPP Candidate / NCA Student for a Lawyer practicing in the Region of Peel.
