  • 7oz California Cut Steak with Chef's Special Steak Spice & Port Au Jus
  • 7oz Atlantic Salmon with Lemon, Capers & Shaved Fennel, with White Wine Cream Sauce
  • Vegan - Roasted Butternut Squash Ratatouille sauteed in a tomato sauce

Dessert

  • Fruit shaped ice cream
  • Vegan - Lemon sorbet


Note that the meal also includes a salad and pasta course.
