OCJ Criminal - Province-wide expansion of the 12-Week Adjournment Practice Direction

A notice has been posted on the OCJ website.

12-Week Adjournment from First Appearance in Criminal Case Management Court for Counsel Matters will be expanding province-wide as of June 2, 2025.

Due to the province-wide expansion, Enhanced Designations will no longer be accepted as of June 2, 2025.
