Biographical Summary

Yashika Dhall earned two degrees from the University of Ottawa Bachelor of Social Science in Political Science and History and then a Master of Arts in History, before completing her law degree at Queen’s University.

Before moving into the private practice of matrimonial law after her call to the bar in 2024, Yashika was employed at the Family Responsibility Office where she gained valuable insight into the enforcement of support orders in Ontario. She later articled at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee.

Yashika has focused her practice of law to family law only because of her passion for helping parents, spouses and children facing such a critical milestone in their lives.

When she is not working, Yashika enjoys spending her time reading horror books, powerlifting and spending time with her adorable golden retriever named Kaju. Yashika speaks conversational Hindi and Urdu.
